Job Overview As an independent contractor participating in arenaflex's TurboTax program, you will provide customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your interactions will focus on software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments, requiring a empathetic approach, critical thinking, and multi-tasking capabilities.

Compensation * Seasonal contract:

This contract runs through April 15th, 2024. * Flexible schedule: Create your own schedule, with availability between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday. * Compensation: Earn up to $19 per hour, with contractors meeting or exceeding key metrics earning an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times. Required Skills and Qualifications * Sincere desire to assist the customer: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

* Tech savvy and avid computer user: Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems. * Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems:
