About the Role We're seeking friendly and attentive independent contractors to assist customers with delivery of safety services, including Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more. As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you will be responsible for listening carefully to each caller's situation, evaluating their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to resolve their issues. You will exhibit a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, handling stressful situations in a calming and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Listen carefully to each caller's situation, evaluating their needs and providing appropriate solutions to resolve their issues Exhibit a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, handling stressful situations in a calming and professional manner Multi-task to find answers while on the call with the customer, utilizing available resources and tools to resolve issues efficiently React and respond decisively in emergency situations, providing critical support and assistance to customers in need Reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times Essential
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with a strong customer service focus Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to find answers while on the call with the customer Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations, providing critical support and assistance to customers in need Ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors (Spanish and English or French and English) highly preferred Preferred
Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Prior experience with driver assistance programs or customer service experience in a similar industry Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote work environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate customer needs and provide effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
