As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, providing timely and friendly support to our customers, and collaborating with team members to implement actionable solutions. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule. **A Day in the Life of a Customer Support Specialist** As a Customer Support Specialist, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow.
