Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a contractor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our holistic practitioners, responding to tickets, tracking client payments, hosting live onboarding and support calls over Zoom, and tackling a variety of tasks that come up in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities * Respond to tickets and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Track client payments and ensure seamless payment processing * Host live onboarding and support calls over Zoom to educate practitioners on our platform and services * Collaborate with the customer success team to identify and address areas for improvement * Perform a variety of tasks as needed to support the growth and success of arenaflex Essential Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Proven track record of success in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional results * Passion for wellness and alignment with arenaflex's mission and values * Sharp communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner * Autonomous and self-motivated, with a figure-it-out attitude and a willingness to take initiative * Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to supporting colleagues Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in the healthcare or wellness industry * Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer success software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in customer success software and SaaS platforms * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
