This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, can interpret consumers' written or verbal grievances or disputes, and has computer skills. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and staying current on industry knowledge and standard operational procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** • Receive inbound calls handling for our different lines of business, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction • Perform a variety of activities to ensure consumer satisfaction, including interpreting reports, responding to general inquiries, assisting with fraud alert requests, and processing credit and/or score reports • Handle consumer issues, interpreting and analyzing consumers' written or verbal grievances or disputes, and determining the different types of issues contained in a dispute • Educate consumers on dispute management and offer options for immediate resolution, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience • Process dispute requests that require direct contact to financial institutions for additional investigation, obtaining proof to validate consumers' requests/concerns • Maintain the integrity of the database by ensuring data quality and accuracy, adhering to the guidelines established by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all appropriate state and country credit regulations **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: • 1 year of Inbound call handling experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service • High School Diploma, with a strong foundation in English written and oral communications skills • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information to understand complex problems or situations • Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels, including phone, email, and chat • Ability to arrange and manage tasks, time, and resources, with a focus on meeting performance targets and maintaining a high level of occupancy (85%-90%) • Strong PC/internet skills, with the ability to make fast and accurate decisions • Short-term visual memory, with the ability to recall and process complex information • Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and standard operational procedures • Ability to pass our Employee Background Screen, which includes a criminal background check, previous employment, and education verification **Additional Information:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a thriving, inclusive, and diverse team where people love their work and love working together.
