With a vast portfolio of high-end brands and a commitment to innovation, arenaflex is the perfect place for customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Acting as a brand ambassador for Amazon Luxury Stores, providing world-class, high-touch service to all customers * Being the first point of contact to resolve customer issues across multiple channels in a timely manner, communicating through email, phone, and chat * Replying to preorder questions about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions via phone, email, and online chat * Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction * Demonstrating sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the Amazon Luxury Store's full range of products and services * Handling customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, making decisions in consideration of the policies and procedures within the service level agreement * Ensuring clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices * Utilizing a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries and identify and escalate system errors and other technical issues * Working with external shipping contractors to assist customers with both domestic and international issues **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with a high level of empathy and integrity * The ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate * The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership * Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service * Highly proficient with desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers, with the ability to quickly learn how to use new websites and apps * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality * Experience working with high-end, luxury merchandise * A passion for luxury fashion and beauty * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically * Excellent time management and organizational skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,320/year in our lowest geographic market up to $39,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
