Our Global Learning Services (GLS) team is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Remote Proctoring team in Brno, Czech Republic. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the academic integrity of our performance-based exams by validating credentials of exam participants and monitoring them remotely. **What You Will Do:** As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and secure exam experience for our candidates. Your key responsibilities will include: * Validating the identity of candidates to ensure the integrity of our exams * Effectively managing multiple simultaneous certification exams to ensure timely start and completion * Monitoring candidates with vigilance and intervening in the event of protocol variances * Escalating to manager as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution of issues * Coordinating with the Exam Support team to facilitate technical assistance to exam participants * Identifying and assessing queries to provide consistent and accurate responses * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools * Keeping records of interactions to ensure transparency and accountability * Following communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high level of professionalism **What You Will Bring:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical skills, customer-facing experience, and attention to detail.
