As a key member of our team, you'll provide top-notch service to customers via phone, text, and email, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. If you're a motivated, tech-savvy individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, text, and email, ensuring a positive experience for pets and their people. • Support scheduling, general inquiries, and basic pet care information, providing accurate and timely responses. • Transfer medical-related inquiries to the TeleAdvice team, ensuring seamless communication and care. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. • Champion arenaflex's mission and values in all interactions, embodying our commitment to compassion, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Essential Qualifications** • 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. • Comfort working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a reliable, quiet home workspace. • High-speed, dependable internet connection, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. • Availability to work full-time (4 x 10-hour shifts/week), including weekends, with a willingness to work between 8 AM – 9 PM EST. • Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, or TX. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and care teams. • Tech-savvy with experience using EMR, CRM platforms (Gladly is a plus), Slack, and Google Suite. **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with Vetspire, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. • Experience with Gladly CRM, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality. **Skills and Competencies** • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and care teams. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. • Strong technical skills, with experience using EMR, CRM platforms, Slack, and Google Suite. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong sense of flexibility and adaptability. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your growth and development, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
