We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Trainee - Customer Support for our Canada Voice Process. As a Customer Support Trainee, you will undergo a structured training program that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role. You will handle voice support for customers of a popular pizza chain, delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in the Canada region
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to menu items, pricing, delivery, and order taking
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Logging all interactions in the system accurately and comprehensively
- Providing detailed information about promotions, deals, and new products
- Processing orders, tracking deliveries, and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge to offer effective solutions
- Following company policies and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service
- Collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience

Training Program
Our structured training program is designed to provide you with the necessary tools to succeed in the role. The program includes:
- Comprehensive Customer Support training for an initial period of 2 weeks
- Certification process that lasts up to a maximum of 4 weeks, during which your understanding and performance will be assessed
- Employment offer as a Customer Support Executive upon successful certification
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective problem-solving skills with professionalism in handling challenges
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Graduation in any stream
- No age limit, provided you meet the requirements listed in the job description
Prerequisite for WFH Candidates from South India Locations
