Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and expanding essential workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be instrumental in providing actionable insights, engaging with partners across the organization, and driving workflow initiatives forward. As a key member of our Platform Services & Operations group, you will play a vital part in upholding and enhancing the distinction that users expect from arenaflex devices.
Key Responsibilities Deliver valuable data and insights to stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in analytics, visualization, and data-driven decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement workflow tooling and processes that drive efficiency and excellence Develop and maintain advanced dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress toward goals, using tools like Tableau and SQL Profile complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other partners to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization Essential Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in analytics, visualization, and data-driven decision-making Solid understanding of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in data visualization and dashboard design Capable SQL user with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation B.S.
in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and software development Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and code transport Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics, with a focus on key outcomes and metrics Project management: ability to plan and drive efforts, working across associate groups toward a unified goal, with a focus on agile methodologies and collaboration
