Job Summary We are seeking an experienced data analyst to and contribute to the success of our bolthires+ product, showcasing, and content curation initiatives.
As a data analyst, you will work closely with our Sr. Director and cross-functional teams to investigate and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities * Assist in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis exercises, including data collection, preparation, and analysis to build summaries, tables, and report sections * Join disparate data sources using SQL to support the daily activities of the bolthires+ customer experience following project * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research at arenaflex, including presenting project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to efficiently bolthires, promote, and enhance our datasets * Develop and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and across different divisions of the organization as well as external vendors * Analyze and prepare ongoing and impromptu reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various teams within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of bolthires+ and the bolthires Streaming Pack * Manage assigned projects, execute quality assurance cycles, and report tasks and status to supervisor(s) to ensure completion within established timelines * Work with the Sr.
Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is decisively impactful and drives key independent direction * Collaborate with the team and research groups within Snowflake and Databricks * Maintain both exceptional verbal and written knowledge of data components and requirements * Respond to basic data requests from internal clients * Present findings based on research conducted and contribute to related business discussions * Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends amidst a constantly evolving landscape Work Environment and Schedule
This is a hybrid role, requiring face-to-face collaboration from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Essential Capabilities * Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and join disparate data sources * Ability to extract data and join with other data sources to develop a rich, comprehensive picture for the business * Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills * Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-speed environment * Excellent communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations * Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in a climate of tight deadlines and continuous change Preferred Capabilities * Experience with data handling tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight) * Experience with survey tools (e.g., Translate, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages * Postgraduate education in Statistical Research or Measurement * Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side * Experience with analyzing survey data to extract significant insights * Experience with membership-based plans of action and procedure
