As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions and improve the overall customer experience. You will work closely with our Disney+ Item teams to extract and analyze data from various sources, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** • Assist with a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysis exercises, including data collection and preparation, data extraction and analysis, and data visualization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies, and communicate project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to stakeholders. • Develop and maintain relationships with research partners within the organization and external vendors. • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to inform business decisions. • Manage assigned projects, conduct quality control checks, and report progress to supervisors to ensure timely completion. • Work closely with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that all results are actionable and drive key business decisions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization. **Essential Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. • 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, or 1 year of experience with a graduate degree. • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and combine data from various sources. • Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visualizations. **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SPSS, Q, MarketSight). • Experience with survey tools (e.g. Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey). • Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar. • Experience with programming languages (e.g. R, Python, SAS, STATA). • Postgraduate education in Statistics or Mathematics. • Quantitative analysis background, either on the provider side or client-side. • Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights. • Experience with membership-based business models and strategies. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
