As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets. You'll work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions, and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions * Examine customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and untapped content opportunities * Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve content launch and episode release processes * Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making * Provide impromptu analytical support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate results through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field * At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI techniques * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field * Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives * Strong passion for media and entertainment, with a desire to apply analytical skills to drive business growth and improvement **What We Offer** * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of talented professionals who are passionate about using data to drive business success * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for storytelling, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
