Job Summary As a Data Analyst II, you'll be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing customer data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform our product development and business strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our customer's journey and ensuring the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities * Research and analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and support our product development cycle * Collaborate with data experts to design and implement data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity * Work with business partners to identify and prioritize business challenges, and develop data-driven solutions to address them * Develop and maintain data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools * Conduct exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and data modeling * Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness * Collaborate with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle data from various sources * Work effectively across teams and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker * Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages used for data analysis * Experience with data quality tools, such as Collibra Information Quality or SAS Information Management * Experience with data testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca * Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems * Experience working with complex data on cloud platforms, such as bolthires Bigquery and Hive * Basic understanding of statistics and AI models * Prior experience in the retail or finance industries Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools * Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling * Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS Redshift or Snowflake * Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Matplotlib What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance If you're passionate about data analysis and eager to make a meaningful impact on arenaflex's business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
