Our Content Operations & Innovation Organization is responsible for delivering efficient operational workflows and execution while leveraging our scale and innovating to provide more value on screen. Within this team, we're seeking an intern to join the Netfx crew during the summer of 2024.
Netfx is a developing go-functional visual consequences (VFX) initiative built on arenaflex's innovative platform, which optimizes the pairing of skills to responsibilities to execute a high volume of global productions. About the Internship As an intern, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating departmental wishes and participate in a program that offers training and development to equip you with the skills necessary to become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions in business analytics, agnostic of domain.
You don't need previous experience; we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team. What We're Looking For * An interest in working within the entertainment industry * A passion for global marketplace evaluation and platform (customer/setter) experience * The ability to live in the L. location during the internship (relocation and housing guide will be provided, if applicable) * Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software programs, including bolthires Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and bolthires Office (e.g., Word, Excel) * Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated and able to take initiative to work independently * Attention to detail and practices true judgment * Curious about getting to know new technology and workflows * The ability to keep confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information Note Selected applicants must comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 requirements and protocols, arenaflex regulations, and any of the company's return-to-work agreements that govern equal.
What You'll Do * Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of current well-constructed transactional, digital marketplaces * Study and examine industry developments and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces * Offer insights and hints based on marketplace evaluation to aid strategic decision-making * Collaborate with senior team members to plot and refine aggressive pricing techniques * Help in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capability situations * Contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures to assist financial planning efforts * Collaborate with teams across departments to recognize business * Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and pointers
