Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business insights and decision-making across various business units Lead the development of predictive models and statistical analyses to identify business opportunities and inform business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business analytics and reporting Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive business growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and machine learning Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists to develop their skills and expertise Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on statistical modeling and data visualization Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, including regression, clustering, and decision trees Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on statistical modeling and data visualization Experience with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure Experience with data mining and text analysis techniques Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and lead a team of data analysts and scientists
