About the Job As a Data Analytics Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on clients and prospects who have the potential to run data analysis jobs on our cloud platform. Your primary objective will be to advocate for the innovative impact of our data products, making associations more efficient, collaborative, and adaptable. With a deep understanding of the complex requirements of local, state, and national government and educational institutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformations and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Create a strategy to ensure comprehensive data analysis engagement in new cloud accounts. Acquire new data analysis responsibilities in existing cloud accounts and accelerate data analysis utilization for key accounts with growing data analysis spend. Build and maintain executive relationships with clients as the data analysis expert, influencing long-term strategic direction, and acting as a trusted advisor. Develop business strategies to succeed in accelerating solutions in a highly competitive environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the business with new data analysis clients and responsibilities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 2 years of experience in promoting data analysis software or solutions. Experience in executive-level sales or consulting in cloud-based (e.g., SaaS) technologies to state and local government and higher education. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with market-leading Business Intelligence front-end, data analysis middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies.
Experience working with AI/ML technologies integrated into data solutions. Understanding of Cloud Data Analysis technology stack (i.e., Hadoop/Spark data lakes, SQL data warehouses, data streaming, ETL, and data management, business intelligence, predictive analysis, OLAP, and data science architecture, BigQuery, Looker, etc.). Ability to translate business value to technology at an executive level and act as a thought leader in data analysis subjects.
