Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Consultant to join our Medicaid Coordination of Benefits team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of other essential health insurance data and supporting the functions of the coordination of benefits group through data analysis. Key Responsibilities * Ensure the precision of other essential health insurance data * Support the functions of the coordination of benefits group through data analysis * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decisions * Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business strategies * Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analytics Required Capabilities * Strong analytical and technical skills * Medicaid COB experience and knowledge * Proficiency in QNXT and SQL Server Management Studio * Autonomous thinking and problem-solving abilities * Effective communication, interpersonal, and relational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred Capabilities * 2-3 years of claims handling experience * High school certificate or GED * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analytics, business administration, healthcare administration) Skills and Competencies * Strong data analysis and interpretation skills * Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
