Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analysis of current digital marketplaces and provide insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making Study and analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces Collaborate with senior team members to plot and refine competitive pricing strategies Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capacity situations Contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures to support financial planning efforts Collaborate with teams across departments to identify business opportunities and challenges Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: An interest in working in the entertainment industry An interest in global marketplace analysis and platform (customer/seller) experience Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software programs, including bolthires Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and bolthires Office (e.g., Word, Excel) Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to take initiative to work independently Attention to detail and sound judgment Curious about learning new technology and workflows Able to maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion when being privy to sensitive information Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, live chat, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
