Key Responsibilities Perform online data entry work, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online tasks as assigned Provide exceptional email customer service in an online ticket response system, utilizing best-answer templates and following established guidelines Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet project deadlines Utilize a personal computer (PC/MAC) that is no more than 3-4 years old, with a secure internet connection, to perform job duties Participate in online training and instruction to develop skills and knowledge in market research and customer service Essential Qualifications Computer literacy with intermediate working ability level (minimum requirement) Diligent work ethic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients Willingness to learn and improve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong focus on detail and ability to multitask while working from home Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, administration, data entry, marketing/PR, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
