As a key member of our pharmacy support team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter patient and drug information into our pharmacy systems Process prescriptions and ensure that all information is accurate and complete Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers Develop strong relationships with patients and customers to ensure a positive and personalized experience Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting preferred Basic math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software Preferred Qualifications 6 months of experience in a retail or pharmacy setting Previous experience working with arenaflex or a similar company Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
