As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Performing a variety of support functions to support the department, including data entry, report generation, and project assistance.
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Assisting in compiling data and generating reports, utilizing your expertise in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Maintaining a working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Fast typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity.

- *Equipment Specifications**
To ensure success in this role, you will need to meet the following equipment specifications:
- Dual monitors, with the ability to have Teams/Outlook open simultaneously.
- A keyboard with a 10-key number pad.
- Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
- An ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher.
- A minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred).
- A laptop that can run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution (laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution).
- No Chromebook or MacBook.
- A web camera for Teams meetings.
- A headset or external speakers (if none built-in) for calls.
