We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to, playing a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs.

Position Overview As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with program staff, and providing exceptional support to our Energy Services Programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. * Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. * Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. * Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.

* Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. * Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. * Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. * Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. * Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.

* Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. * Perform related work as required. Required Qualifications and Skills * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. * Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. * Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.

* Bilingual in Spanish preferred. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite, with experience using database systems and cloud-based platforms. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications and Skills * Experience working with non-profit organizations or human services agencies.

* Familiarity with energy assistance programs and services. * Knowledge of program guidelines and regulations related to energy services. * Experience using Monday.com and other database systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication.
