You'll be responsible for inputting complete and accurate data into our label copy system, editing and maintaining data as needed, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless operations. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Input complete and accurate data into our label copy system, including editing and maintaining data as needed * Ensure timely processing of deliverables utilizing various distribution systems * Coordinate with other team members regarding source materials and assets * Operate data entry device; keyboard: entering both alpha and numeric data * Maintain logs of activities and completed work * Verify data and prepare materials for reporting * Learn new data systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in label copy or a related field * 1-2 years of experience in the music industry, preferably in production, copyright, royalties, business affairs, or a related area * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy * Proficient in MS Word and Excel * Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong communication and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or computer science) * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems * Certification in data entry or a related field **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
