As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a company that values your contributions and offers a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments * Ensuring compliance with Desk Level Procedures and contract requirements * Maintaining quality, production, and compliance standards set by management * Supporting departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows * Serving as a dependable contributor to team and organizational goals **Your Role in Our Mission** As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in our mission to improve the health and well-being of the members we serve. Your responsibilities will include: * Posting and reconciling drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems * Tracking, maintaining, and updating weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence * Indexing, correcting, and posting historic payments as required * Managing deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for EFT payments from manufacturers * Assisting with special projects to support operational success **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with: * Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe/Nitro, and general PC/Windows systems * Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop Connection * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to multitask * Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards **What You Can Expect in This Role** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you can expect: * A 100% remote position within the United States * High-volume data entry with accuracy and speed using 10-key proficiency * Regular attendance based on established schedules * Professional interaction with internal and external customers * Opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused environment **Compensation and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $32,600 - $46,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
