Job Summary As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transferring data from one source to another through various means, including data entry equipment, word processing, and verbal recordings.
Your attention to detail, typing speed, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and security of our clients' confidential information. Responsibilities * Data Entry and Processing: Transfer data from paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners into our databases, records, and files. * Numerical Data Handling: Handle numerical data accurately, creating spreadsheets and organizing them with large numbers. * Speech-to-Text Data Entry: Curate data directly from speech or interviews, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Database Updates: Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available, ensuring that our clients' data is up-to-date and accurate. * File Management: Correct and modify inaccurate files and records, ensuring that our clients' data is accurate and secure. * Security and Compliance: Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure that data is saved and stored properly, protecting the information and identities of our clients. * Reporting and Analysis: Summarize data for standardized reports, providing valuable insights to our clients.
