Key Responsibilities Perform data entry in EMR and other relevant databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare information for data entry, reviewing and verifying data prior to entry Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing routine clerical and data entry functions Perform high-volume data entry work, maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques Complete clerical functions or data entry tasks, including typing, faxing, and operating data entry devices Delete data entry errors and enter corrections, ensuring timely data entry and file management Train new data entry employees on computer systems and establish data entry procedures for each client Perform daily audits and data entry corrections, reviewing and verifying data to ensure accuracy Work with dealers to ensure data entry is accurate and complete, providing excellent customer service Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Basic computer skills and knowledge of data entry software Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Good people skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in data entry or a related field Knowledge of EMR systems and other relevant software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and correct errors Ability to work in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
