Key Responsibilities As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * Accurately and efficiently processing orders, including receiving, inspecting, and packaging products * Managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and reporting discrepancies * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including order histories, inventory levels, and shipping information * Collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and efficient inventory management * Identifying and resolving issues related to order processing, inventory management, and shipping * Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Performing additional tasks as assigned by management What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse or data entry environment * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to order processing and inventory management * Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move heavy objects (150+ pounds) with or without assistance * Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * Ability to analyze and interpret data, with a strong understanding of inventory management and order processing principles * Proficiency in bolthires Office, with experience in data entry software a plus Assist For People With Disabilities arenaflex is committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including those with disabilities.
