Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity Management team. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. This is a remote work opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour, and we welcome applications from candidates with no prior experience in the field. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required) Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans (preferred but not required) Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations Preferred Skills and Competencies
