As a contractor, you'll work 40+ hours per week, with flexible hours and days, from April 29, 2024, to project completion (estimated July 19, 2024). Your primary responsibilities will include: * Transferring benefits data from historical documentation to our new tooling * Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of your work * Communicating and collaborating regularly with the Care Delivery Team * Performing other duties as assigned **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct benefits data migration from historical documentation to our new tooling * Ensure seamless transitions and data integrity * Collaborate with the Care Delivery Team to resolve any data-related issues * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of your work * Perform other duties as assigned by the Care Delivery Team **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to a meaningful mission * Extremely strong attention to detail * Excellent written communication skills * The ability to work efficiently through a high volume of tasks * Proficiency with Google Apps, Email, and Microsoft Word **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field * Strong understanding of data migration and data integrity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or related field * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software * Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist) * Experience working with diverse populations and cultures **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work efficiently through a high volume of tasks * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a high-impact project that contributes to our mission to revolutionize healthcare.
