### Overview
As a Data Entry Operator I at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision. This is a night shift position, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM. You'll be working in a fast-paced medical facility environment, where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and precise results
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless data management processes
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance initiatives
- Adhere to careerzynith's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
### Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Requires full range of body motion including standing, walking, sitting, and reaching
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
### Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
### Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Experience working in a medical facility or healthcare setting

- Experience with data management software and systems
