Join the arenaflex Team As a Data Entry Operator II, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with subject matter experts to develop and maintain arenaflex's bolthires sites, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and program oversight with Fisheries Financial Management Centers (FMC) points of contact. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients, and your contributions will have a direct impact on the mission of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Responsibilities As a Data Entry Operator II, you'll be responsible for: * Applying your experience and judgment to select procedures, search for, interpret, select, or code items to be entered from a variety of document sources * Performing routine work as described for Data Entry Operator I * Conducting annual reviews of arenaflex's bolthires sites, including the Acquisition bolthires Site and CORE Policy Handbook site, to ensure 508 compliance, correct links, consistent formatting, high-quality writing, and refreshed content * Surveying needs from subject matter experts within the organization to inform content refresh * Coordinating the refresh project from start to finish, including liaising with all division contacts and obtaining final approval from FMC leadership Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Approximately 4 or more years of related federal experience * Expertise in bolthires Sites, technical editing, and web design * An Associate's Degree (or equivalent) Education and Experience We're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in data entry, technical editing, and web design.
Your experience working with bolthires Sites, as well as your expertise in content development and maintenance, will be essential in driving the success of our clients. Works Hours and Location
This is a remote opportunity, with occasional travel required to up to 5 locations per year. Trips should not exceed five days in total, including one day for travel and up to three days for training. You may also travel for approved meetings, conferences, or official business related to the task order, with expenses reimbursed per contract terms.
