Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our residential care communities, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Interpreting and entering prescription orders with precision and speed * Profile-only data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email, responding promptly and professionally to community and resident inquiries * Investigating and resolving community and/or resident issues in a timely and professional manner * Adjudicating insurance claims with attention to detail and accuracy * Leading by example, exhibiting our CORE Values and adhering to our Behavior Standard * Encouraging teamwork and promoting our company philosophy * Attending required company meetings and staying up-to-date on industry developments * Completing all required courses in adherence with our PRS compliance system * Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees and residents **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting * A High school diploma or equivalent * Certification and licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in Illinois * Familiarity with FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack systems (a plus!) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and work effectively with others * A professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent customer service skills * Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to multi-task and work under deadlines * A motivated, punctual, and reliable team member with a passion for delivering exceptional service **Requirements** * Must be available to work evening shifts (12:30 p.m.- 9 p.m. CST) **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $21-$24/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package (including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off) **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
