Key Responsibilities Accurate data input into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies and procedures Providing administrative support to the team, including responding to queries and resolving issues Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that data is accurate and consistent across all systems Identifying and reporting any data discrepancies or issues to the relevant authorities Participating in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in computer skills, including bolthires Office and data entry software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field 2-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field Experience with actuarial elements of an organization or grouping area Demonstrated leadership experience, including active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with scientific or coding software, including SAS, Python, Excel, VBA, SQL, or R Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a high-speed environment and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in computer skills, including bolthires Office and data entry software
