Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry
Professional to at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and provide trainer assistance with Fleet standard programs for all raise DCLC (bolthires Captain leadership course) and Pilot Indoctrination Coordinate DCLC monthly teacher schedule and student roster Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including training development/media manager, analytics manager, and instructor team Support all raise in-school classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot leadership Develop and maintain strong relationships with Pilot in Command and second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities Presentation of organized briefings and lead interactive discussions, adhering to approved curricula and logistical control of classroom and training resources Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States Airline transport Pilot certificate with aircraft Multiengine Land class Minimum 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier Familiarity with technology required for the position, including bolthires iPad tablet, MS PowerPoint, and access to company information, email, schedules, and meetings Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required Willingness to travel to non-Atlanta "off-site" training locations, as needed Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
