About the Role As a Data Entry Specialist and Innovation Investigator Understudy, you will have the opportunity to work part-time inside the Innovation Office and enroll in various Groups, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Administrations, Individuals and Money. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of applications used by our Teams, including airline stewards and pilots, and to maintain accurate records that support our operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental standards Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Teams Participate in systems and acceptance testing Scope of work varies depending on the Group assignment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Experience with bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred Basic knowledge of technical environment required Openness to Agile methodologies preferred Basic understanding of project management processes Strong analytical and verbal communications skills required Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under close deadlines Preferred Qualifications
