Job Summary As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our application support team, working with various databases, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry. You'll be responsible for executing critical and routine tasks, retrieving documents and data, and accurately entering information into multiple eligibility and tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities * Use designated work instructions and other guidelines to execute critical and routine tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks, including data entry, validation, corrections, and updates. * Accurately enter all relevant information into multiple eligibility and tracking systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
* Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions. * Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled, ensuring seamless customer experience. * Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. * Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, requesting clarification and effectively raising queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * Experience working in a health or human services call center (desirable but not essential) * Knowledge of the community to be served (desirable but not essential) * Ability to follow directions and work independently * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment * Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, working as a team member and independently Essential Skills and Competencies * Proficiency in data entry software and systems * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
