About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to provide call support and customer help to our subscribers.
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to think critically and make sound judgments to resolve customer complaints. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution Enter customer information and interactions into our database accurately and efficiently Collaborate with other teams, such as technical support and sales, to resolve customer issues Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Participate in training and quality assurance programs to ensure that our customer service standards are met Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or support environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a streaming entertainment company or a similar industry Knowledge of customer service software and technology Experience with data entry and database management Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a remote or virtual environment What We Offer arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $32/hour, as well as a range of benefits, including: Opportunity to work with a leading streaming entertainment company Flexible working hours and remote work options
