As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, creativity, and a customer-centric approach. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Inputting data into digital spreadsheets and/or databases with precision and accuracy * Updating existing records and verifying entered data to ensure consistency and reliability * Assisting administration in day-to-day tasks, such as data management and reporting * Posting inventories into SAP, ensuring accurate and timely data entry * Monitoring Bill of Lading to ensure timely receipt of required samples and correct tests * Classifying batches to proper quality status with production managers' guidance * Managing materials extension requests and resolving BOM, recipe, and costing issues * Interfacing with finance and controlling for accurate costing information * Analyzing materials to ensure accurate costing and minimize cost variances * Participating in monthly financial variance review meetings * Performing data extractions/downloads from SAP and creating reports using BW and Power BI * Building charts/graphs and KPIs for inventory analysis * Presenting and interpreting data to assist in data-driven decision making **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A High School diploma or equivalent * 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel * Experience with SAP is a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Nice-to-haves** * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI * Familiarity with inventory management and costing principles **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy: * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance * Paid time off to recharge and relax * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
