Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data. Your primary responsibilities will include studying and learning our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, transferring data from scanned documentation to spreadsheets, and reviewing existing data to verify accuracy and completeness.
If you have excellent knowledge of bolthires Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities Study and learn our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to ensure efficient data entry and management. Transfer data from scanned documentation to spreadsheets in preparation for loading into the PLM system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Review existing data in the PLM system to verify accuracy and completeness, updating accordingly to maintain data integrity.
Participate in meetings with management and provide status updates, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data entry and management principles. Excellent knowledge of bolthires Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and management. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge and experience with engineering-related types of drawings and documentation, with the ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience with Siemens Teamcenter, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
Previous experience in data entry and management, with a strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
