As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, work with cutting-edge technology, and contribute to the success of arenaflex's streaming media business. **Key Responsibilities** * Translate complex business questions into SQL, including precise cohorting, estimations, filtering criteria, and aggregations * Communicate complex patterns and drivers to a wide range of colleagues with varying levels of technical expertise, both in oral presentations and written reports * Collaborate with other Investigation groups to analyze the maintenance performance of key business initiatives across satisfied, commitment, and marketing areas * Build and maintain functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track performance over time, enable effective exploratory analysis, and provide partners with self-serve tools * Partner closely with business stakeholders (Product, Business Activities, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improved customer maintenance **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or related field * Advanced analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret first-party and third-party data * Experience managing large datasets and deciphering data patterns using multiple data sources and tools * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau or Looker * Strong logical and technical skills to handle issues, investigate root causes, rapidly develop potential solutions, detail changes, and communicate organizational impact * Proven experience in detailing data requirements, data methodology, data rules (normalization, cleansing, and validation) **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience in the streaming media industry, particularly supporting a direct-to-consumer or subscription-based product * Experience presenting and contributing to data stories that are shared with key stakeholders * Familiarity with data storytelling and visualization best practices **Job Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Health and Wellness Benefits: arenaflex typically offers comprehensive health insurance plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
