With a focus on community, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, we strive to create a supportive and motivating environment that inspires our members to reach their full potential. **Key Responsibilities** As our Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Verifying the accuracy of exercise timings on our Google Sheets by watching corresponding videos and making any necessary corrections * Ensuring that the exercises shown on the video match the exercises listed on the sheet, with the ability to correct from a comprehensive library of exercises * Utilizing your knowledge of different exercises, particularly yoga, to inform your corrections and improve the overall quality of our fitness programs * Working closely with our team to address logged issues on our Asana board, demonstrating a working understanding of Asana and its features * Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of our fitness programs **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Basic knowledge of different exercises, with a focus on yoga * Familiarity with Google Sheets and Asana, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., exercise science, fitness management) preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the fitness industry or a related field * Knowledge of exercise science and anatomy * Certification in yoga or a related field (e.g., Pilates, personal training) * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Familiarity with project management tools and software **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and correct errors * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Familiarity with exercise science and anatomy, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform corrections and improve the overall quality of our fitness programs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
