- *Job Description**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for transcribing data into our Global Data Mart (GDM) system. You will support the MSAT Team, the Process Analytics Team, the Process Validation Team, and Investigation teams by locating, collecting, manually entering, and verifying batch record data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering and verifying large amounts of information accurately and consistently from process Batch Records (80%)
- Managing and tracking workload, ensuring all necessary process data is located and entered
- Developing and utilizing existing tools to examine, manage, and track workload
- Providing timely and accurate process data in support of daily process monitoring and associated activities
- Managing special requests for data collection, completion, and/or verification
- Ensuring all data entry system procedures and guidelines are accurate and current
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of all information entered, right first time
- Understanding Basic Processing and Analytics (5%)
- Developing an understanding of the relationship between data collection and process monitoring
- Developing an understanding of basic manufacturing process technologies, terminologies, and analysis tools
- Developing an understanding of the Statistica Enterprise Architecture such that this knowledge can be applied to creation and maintenance of data collection systems
- Interaction and user support for data consumption and analytics (5%)
- Routinely interacting with data consumers, helping to create necessary efficiencies
- Working to build user confidence in the system
- Observing how Client users interact with GDM, understanding their needs, and providing support as required
- Resolving data entry-related analytics problems with users
- Training (10%)
- Following all training and policy guidelines established for the facility as well as all cGMP requirements
- Ensuring employee training profile is up to date at all times by regular monitoring of training lists (e.g. ComplianceWire, SAP Learning Portal) and completing all training in a timely fashion
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-3 years of biotech industry experience as well as relevant data collection systems exposure preferred
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $20.00 - $25.32 per hour. The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
