Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our members, and we're committed to fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Reviewing, batching, scanning, and indexing medical bills received from employers * Entering medical bill information into processing systems within prescribed time limits and quality standards * Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents * Purging both Closed and Central Medical Bill files monthly in accordance with company file destruction policy * Preparing outgoing mail for release on a daily basis * Assisting the Customer Service Team with backup phone coverage as needed * Providing administrative support to other departments within HCS * Performing other duties as requested by Manager **Education and Experience** * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience * Prefer work experience in an insurer, claim administrator, or self-insurer * Claims administration customer service experience a plus **Knowledge and Skills** * Familiarity with CPT codes and ICD-10 codes * Proficiency in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows-based environment, including MS Office products such as Word and Excel * Knowledge of intranet and internet applications, including ability to navigate * Strong typing, data entry, and keyboarding skills * Ability to work independently within the team with minimal supervision * Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills * Customer service-oriented * Flexible, adaptive, and decisive **Work Environment and Culture** * Talentra is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' growth and development. * Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our members, and we're dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. * We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, generous PTO, incentive plans, wellness programs, paid volunteer time off, and tuition reimbursement. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary range: $34,400 - $45,045 per year * Comprehensive health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) * Retirement plans * Generous PTO * Incentive plans * Wellness programs * Paid volunteer time off * Tuition reimbursement **Equal Opportunity Employer** Flexoraq is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
