Our Multicultural Team We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team at arenaflex.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. * Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
* Manage job postings in various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them. * Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches. * Collaborate with our multicultural team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. What We're Looking For: * Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. * Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision. * At least 1+ year of previous work experience (although this is not a requirement, it's a plus).
