You will be responsible for entering patient, client, billing, and test information into our Laboratory Information System, while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail and adhering to HIPAA regulations and Compliance standards. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter patient, client, billing, and test information into the Laboratory Information System with accuracy and attention to detail * Follow HIPAA regulations and Compliance standards to ensure confidentiality and security of patient data * Answer and direct incoming client calls in a professional and courteous manner * Cross-train in accessioning, which involves accurately identifying, sorting, and labeling specimens for testing * Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless laboratory operations and high-quality patient care **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Excellent computer skills, including typing speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting * Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems and HIPAA regulations * Certification in medical terminology or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
