Our mission is to create healthier lives through better healthcare, and we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and patients. **Job Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist – Pricing & Underwriting, you will be responsible for: * Analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth * Developing and maintaining advanced forecasting and underwriting models using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and other tools * Identifying and solving pricing issues through thorough analysis and evaluation of internal and external data * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies and recommendations * Providing compensation charge suggestions based on complex pricing models for multimillion-dollar opportunities * Communicating and collaborating with business partners across various functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales * Presenting pricing idea suggestions, data analysis, and financial models to management and leadership on a regular basis **Key Skills and Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics * High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations to executives and leaders * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-project concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines with a high-quality product * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and other tools * Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the state and out of state) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting high-quality standards * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and other tools * Experience in developing and maintaining advanced forecasting and underwriting models using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and other tools **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision * Retirement savings plan (401(k)) * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off (PTO) * Holidays * Paid parental leave (PPL) * Transportation benefit plan * Employee store discount * Voluntary life & personal accident insurance **Why Join arenaflex?** * Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare and retail company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers and patients **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and interpretation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
