As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of careerzynith's Alexa Data Services team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working with a variety of text, speech, and other types of data to ensure high-quality data entry and processing
- Utilizing in-house tools and software to meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver exceptional results
- Reporting any issues with tools and software as they arise to ensure seamless data processing
- Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new tools and technologies
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all relevant careerzynith policies and procedures for handling sensitive data
