Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our online market research department, working closely with our clients and customers to provide exceptional service and support.
Your primary responsibilities will include: * Email Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner using our online ticket response system. * Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. * Product and Service Reviews: Conducting research and providing feedback on products and services, helping us to better understand our clients' needs and preferences. * Surveys: Participating in online surveys and providing valuable insights to help us improve our services and products.
