A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM is required for this role. • **Assist in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials**: You'll work closely with our team to set up organizations and user credentials during the migration to a new platform, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients. • **Support end-users by establishing organization and user profiles**: You'll engage directly with end-users to establish organization and user profiles, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all users have a positive experience. • **Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless transitions**: You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all transitions are smooth and efficient, providing support and guidance as needed. • **Work flexible shifts as per project requirements**: You'll have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST), depending on the project requirements. **Required Skills** • **Typing Proficiency**: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM) are essential for this role.
